RUSTICATING AND SCAPE-MAKING MACHINES
From the sawing of sawn slabs a significant amount of offcuts are obtained, which in most cases are placed in landfills. Steinex produces three models of rusticating machines that allow you to use these clippings/waste resulting in economic and environmental benefits. I laths and the splits you get with these models have a very aesthetically pleasing rough finish.
La Man dabber at fully manual operation ideal for customers who have no special production needs, the Dabbing machine S-A instead to drive automatic suitable for a more demanding clientele. Both models allow pieces up to 180 mm wide to be embossed or scape cut. To complete the range Steinex has created the Aut Dagger Machine, a model of embossing/scraping machine for processing parts from 60 to 300 mm wide and up to 100 mm thick. The technology adopted by Steinex in this model guarantees a'high quality of products on par with that of the skilled hands of excellent stonemasons.

IGLOO 200V - SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE
The model Igloo 200V is a semi-automatic machine which, thanks to the power supply via two different ramps, enables both the production of laths or of splaccatelli than that of cubes. Feeding via Ramp 1 enables semi-automatic splitting of very long workpieces with widths up to 200 mm and thicknesses up to 100 mm for the production of strips and splits with two long sides split that of cubes. Feeding via Ramp 2 allows splitting in two of 6-sided sawn pieces up to 100 mm long and up to 40 mm high. This will result in splits or small fixed-size thin strips with 5 sawn sides and the visible split side that can be laid with glue.
IGLOO 400 AND BROADWAY 1280 DECOSTER
For the special finish of ribs up to 45° Steinex produces the Igloo 400 and Broadway 1280 Decoster models. Traditionally, the Lose or Piode are. Stone slabs used as roofing tiles or as cladding slabs and have the special feature of having the ribs split out of square from 30 to 45°. This type of finish is performed both as an aesthetic but especially technical choice for the rainwater runoff in the case of roofing or as a corner finish in the Wall coverings.
The Igloo 400 model allows out-of-square splitting from 30 to 45° on slabs up to 400 mm wide, while the Broadway 1280 model allows out-of-square splitting on slabs up to 1300 mm wide. The thickness in both cases will be from 20 mm.
